To be eligible for the Qualified Catholic tuition rate a child must be baptized Catholic, and the family must be registered in a Catholic parish, attend Mass regularly, and participate in the life of the parish in service and/or with financial support. If you belong to Saint Ann Parish, and are not registered, you must complete the Parish Registration/Pledge form, available in the church or in the school office.
