Auction and Benefit

 

The first major event of the year, as well as the biggest fundraiser, is held in October. Money raised from this event is deposited directly into the current operating budget of the school. Money is raised in three ways: through raffle ticket sales by students, through dinner reservations, and through the silent and live auction at the event. Parent volunteers solicit and gather all of the auction items, both silent and live; arrange for the dinner and the entertainment; serve the dinner; decorate the gym, etc. Everyone who attends has a great time.
